No weight loss but it’s still good
I didn’t lose anything and I know I wouldn’t but I can see things getting tighter and some shape. This morning I did JM 30 day shred video I wanted to do something this morning instead of just sitting here and tonight I hope to go to the gym after work. But I can’t wait till the end of the day so the weekend can begin.

I wouldn’t worry to much about not losing anything right now especially if you are getting tighter (toned) One day, you’ll wake up and notice a loss on the scale. I was at the same weight for 2 weeks, and wham, suddenly a loss. It just takes time for the body to adjust. Keep kickin’ those workouts. Bring on the weekend!!
It’s going to be a great one.
