I am feeling fat

Well this week has been one of those weeks so far where I just feel fat no matter what I do. One of those weeks where no matter how much I do I feel I am not doing enough I should just do a little more or workout a little harder. But I know this takes time and nothing happens over night I just have to stick to plan.

Great Leg workout

I had a great leg workout today it felt so good plus 30 mins of cardio on the Elliptical did HIIT 1 min high / Incline at 9.   1 min low / Incline 19. Only bad spot was having to eat dinner so late.

The not so good weekend

My weekend was busy so I never got in any cardio and had to do my back - triceps workout on sunday should have been done on sat. My eating sucked went over my calories on friday and sat. but back on track today (sunday). At least I will be back in the gym tomorrow (monday) but not on tues because have to go and get braces on my sons teeth but if things go good I might be able to so I will have to see. I think Wed. and Thurs should be good. Hope I can make this a good week.

Still trying to do this right

Well I am still hanging in there today I am still sore from mondays workout on my legs. I think the lunges did me in my butt hurts but I know in another day or so it will be better.

Not doing well

Friday, August 8th, 2008

Well as of this morning I gained 2.5 pounds and I just can’t come up with any anwers as to why I have done everything right and no the inches are no better. I just can’t see where or what I am doing wrong. I am eating really good, I am drinking more water I am trying so hard so where am I going wrong. The only thing I can think is it’s the homones that are doing this. Maybe nexts week will be better. I hope so anyway because I feel like I want to give up.

I am seeing some changes yes they are little and not much to see yet but it will get there. From me the biggest problem is my lower back hurts a little but trying to work at that to get it stronger.

Enjoying lifting but the diet is tough

I enjoy lifting not that I find it easy but it’s kind of fun. But the diet is hard I just want to eat. But it’s not like I am on a hard diet it more that I am trying to eat healthier and I am watching my cals, fat and carbs. With getting more protein. But being a woman and with that come hormons. They suck because there is nothing you can do about them.
