I think I have a new least favourite body part.... yes it used to be my legs but I fear now it is my back because it is soooooooo weak
I know the only way to make it stronger is to keep training it and keep pushing it but honest to goodness some days it is not so easy. Nevermind, did get some good drop & yoyo sets in and there was of course fun people in the gym today which makes it always good to go.
In the additional assistance department, I was also (as always) carrying my fabulous 2.2litre jug with jungle juice in (oh vital strength glutamine, creatine and bcaa's how I love thee) Great to help get me through the workout and sensational to help me recover
Must be coming up to my favourite body part, the guns very soon.
