Pushups till failure... which really means fall on your face
Do you ever have those workouts where there is no number of sets specified just the words "till failure"?
Not the best but always effective in making sure that you feel your workout, not to mention always effective at keeping your ego in check because everyone around you gets a good laugh when you can only manage to get out three or four pushups out before kissing the mat.
The shoulder and arm stripes are starting to come back which I am very happy about and of course, I am getting ready for bikini season so when the numbers are dropping on the scales that of course is good also.
