No excuses, no mercy - just do it
There are days when even the most dedicated amongst us, just dont want to go, dont want to train and just want to slack off. These are the days that you have to be a little bit Nike - and just do it. Dont talk yourself out of it, dont rationalise it away and definitely dont get lazy
Now before you think I am being harsh and unreasonable, the only reason that I say what I do is because every day you train hard, you are making phenomenal progress and the habit you are getting yourself into and sadly once you start to break the habit, it can be a very quick slide downhill.
I for one, have these days and on these days sometimes just have to tell myself to stop making excuses and "shut up and train"
By all means have a cheat day, have a rest day but on days when you are ready to talk yourself out of a workout, dont make excuses, afterall it is only half an hour on the treadmill... a pretty simple investment for a very good habit
remember no excuses and as always train hard amigos :D
