Got to the gym to do legs (always one that I like to put off for as long as possible) only to discover that I forgot my jug with my jungle juice as if legs workout wasnt bad enough.
Still as they say, whatever doesnt kill you will only make you stronger so I must be tankgirltuff (:D oh yeah)
No only teasing but honestly, if you are anything like me legs is not your favourite workout and you want all the workout tools to help get you through it. Good tunes, funky outfit and all of your Vital supplements.
Still, I did get through it and lucky for me, I have the best protein powder (Vital Strength Hydroxy Ripped) and came straight home and made a magic protein shake for good recovery following the session.
All good - now for resting. What gets you through your session amigos?
