52 minutes of cardio
Oh my did I really do it to myself yesterday! My goal was to stay on the treadmil for 60 minutes. I only lasted for 52 minutes before I started coughing like crazy! I didn’t want to leave but I got all embarrased that I was having a coughing fit! I always think people are looking at me all crazy like I have TB or something. Instead I just chalked it up to a job well done. I really concentrated on squeezing my glute muscle as I walked the incline. I ran the incline all the way up to 12%. I kept the mph between 3.0 and 3.5. A couple of times I went to 4.0 but I kept getting cramps in my shins. I guess they are called "shin Splints". What evah … they hurt like hell! now I am really feeling the pain deep in my buttocks. Right in the center of my cheeks! I want to keep doing that routine a few times a week. Hopefully it will get my but to POP like I want it! I want a nice firm round butt. I don’t have one naturally so I have to CREATE one! HA, easier said than none!
Last night I cooked a stir fry. It was so yummy! I used a lot of fibrous veggies like red bell pepper, broccoli, mushrooms, sugar snap peas, green peppers. I made the sauce out of soy sauce and corn starch. On top I put the poached chicken and cooked it all together. I put all that on top of some basmati brown rice! Totally YUMMO!
Tonight I want to do some more cardio but I need to do some resistance work. The only problem is I am all SORE as HECK! All I want to do is cardio. I can’t bare to think about lifting something. Maybe I’ll go home and do my chest and back P90X video. All I know is I have to do something physical tonight after work!
It is a must!
