LETS SEE ….. SINCE I LAST BLOGGED, MY FOOD INTAKE HAS BEEN PRETTY GOOD THIS WEEKEND. I DID EAT A HAMBURGER LATE FRIDAY NIGHT. THAT WAS MY CHEAT MEAL. I DID NOT EAT THE BREAD THOUGH! ONLY THE MEAT AND VEGGIES THAT COME ON THE BURGER. I FELT SO BLOATED THE NEXT DAY I WOKE UP PUTTING ON MY GYM CLOTHES AND HEADED OUT TO THE GYM TO TRY TO WORK IT OFF. I STAYED ON THE ELIPTICAL FOR 60 MINUTES DOING "HILLS".
FRIDAY WAS A UPPER BODY DAY!
TOTAL TIME IN THE GYM WAS 1 HOUR 10 MINUTES.
I STARTED OUT WITH THE HILLS PROGRAM FOR 30 MINUTES. IT FELT GREAT AND I GOT A GOOD SWEAT GOING ON WHILE GETTING MY HEART RATE UP.
IMMEDIATLY AFTER GETTING OFF THE TREADMIL I WENT OVER TO THE FREE WEIGHTS:

I STRETCHED FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES AND GRABBED MY TOWEL AND GOT THE HECK OUT OF THERE.
I FELT REALLY GOOD ABOUT THIS WORKOUT. COULDN’T WAIT TO GET HOME AND GET INTO A NICE HOT SHOWER.
SATURDAY- I FELT REALLY LAZY AND DIDN’T REALLY WANT TO MOVE. I STAYED HOME ALL DAY WASHED CLOTHES AND COOKED DINNER. I GUESS YOU COULD SAY IT WAS MY REST DAY. I DID DO RAMP IT UP. I FELT I COULD HAVE DONE BETTER AND HAD MORE UMPPH ABOUT IT BUT I WAS SLUGGISH. I ATE SOME JASMINE RICE WITH DINNER. I WAS HOPEING THAT IT WOULD GIVE ME MORE ENERGY FOR SUNDAY’S WORKOUT.
SUNDAY, I WENT TO THE GYM FOR CARDIO ONLY.
I WANTED TO STILL WORK MY GLUTES EVEN THOUGH I WASN’T LIFTING. I DECIDED TO GET ON THE SKI MACHINE AND WORK IT OUT.
AS SOON AS I GOT STARTED…MY BATTERIES WENT DEAD. THERE WAS NO WAY I COULD HAVE FINISHED MY WORKOUT WITH NO MUSIC!!!
I GRABBED MY STUFF (CD PLAYER, WATER, TOWEL,) AND TOOK MYSELF TO TARGET WHICH IS ABOUT A MILE UP FROM THE GYM. I DIDN’T MIND TOO MUCH BECOUSE I REALLY WANTED AN EXCUSE TO BUY ANOTHER CD. I WAS TELLING MYSELF, “IF YOU SEE ANY CD’S ON SALE GET IT”. “MYSELF” DIDN’T ARGUE EITHER. I ENDED UP GETTING THE NEW CD BY MARY J BLIGE.
(YOU KNOW THE ONE WITH JUST FINE ON IT)! MARY J WILL GET YOU ENERGIZED LET ME TELL YOU! WHEN I GOT BACK I WAS READY TO KICK MY OWN BUTT!
AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I DID!
GREAT CARDIO! I REALLY GOT MY HEART RATE UP AND GOT THAT SWEAT FLOWING!
I LOVE IT! 
SO NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAD A GREAT WEEKEND!
