Tonight’s workout:
Core synergystics!  It consists of exersises that uses you core to stabalize yourself while doing your workouts.

Tonight I will be doing lots of

  1. pushups
  2. lunges
  3. superman/banana rolls

Believe me I will be one sweaty little lady at the end of the hour. I need it too!
I am going to rock those push ups tonight. In approxamatly 1 hour I will be PUSHING PLAY!

Sunday’s workout was…….
AB Jam and slimin abs followed by Stretch X.

Saturday’s workout was……..HOT, STEAMY SEX!!!!! Big Grin

Friday’s workout was….. Kenpo X!
I started out kickin its ARSE then towards the last 20 minutes it started kickin mine! Eek
WHEW!!!!

Thursday’s workout….. Cathe’ butts and gutts. Lower body work. Super hard. Lots of squats, lunges with a 25 pound barbell across the traps,split squats……

Wednesday’s workout….. Shoulders and Arms! I felt DOMS in my biceps for 3 days.

oooh my boot-ay!

Did lower body today, deadlifts, squats, split squats, squats with the 20 pound barbell across my traps, stepdown on my highstep platform.  I am feeling it today. Right in the center of my glutes. WHEW!

Tonight will be abs and cardio.

After re-evaluating my goals, I am going to try to do a upper body/lower body/abs cardio split and see how that works for me. Also, carb manipulation. Gonna play around with that to see if I get any results that way. 

I have been absorbing information on weight loss like a sponge. I think I finally understanding the whole food thing. Thinking about food for fuel and not becouse I like to eat! It is like a light bulb went off and now it is like "I GET IT"! It is all a science when it comes to food and how your body reacts to food. Instead of eating when I am sad, happy or celebrating. Also, I am refering to my workouts as a date that can not be broken. NO MATTER what the workout will get done!!!  I want to be FIT AND FABOLOUS!
