SO FAR SO GOOD
Friday, April 11th, 2008I HAVE GIVEN MYSELF A CHALLENGE. MY CHALLENGE IS TO WORKOUT 4 DAYS A WEEK FOR THE NEXT 3 WEEKS STARTING ON MONDAY 13TH. I WILL BE DOING MY P90X WORKOUTS MIXED IN WITH SOME TURBO JAM HOME WORKOUTS. MY BEST FRIEND IS COMING IN TOWN MAY 1ST AND WE WILL BE GOING OUT TO THE CLUB. I WANT TO BE A LITTLE TONED BY THEN. I WILL LOG MY WORKOUTS AND MY EATS IN AS I GO ALONG.
