CYTOLEAN

I WENT TO THE VITAMIN SHOP AND GOT SOME CYTOLEAN.  I AM IMPRESSED WITH IT TO SAY THE LEAST. I DON’T  feel all  CRACKED OUT AND JITTERY WHEN I TAKE IT. THE BEST THING IS THAT I AM NOT HUNGRY WHEN I TAKE IT. SOMETIME I HAVE TO THINK ABOUT EATING. WHEN I GET HUNGER PAINS I STILL DON’T FEEL HUNGRY AT ALL. I ALSO GOT SOME NO EXPLODE.  THAT SHOULD HELP ME GET SOME PUMP IN MY WORKOUTS.

MY GOAL IS TO START GOING TO THE GYM IN THE MORNINGS BEFORE WORK BUT I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO MAKE IT YET. IT IS SO COLD IN THE MORNINGS LATELY. THE LAST THING I WANT TO DO IS GET OUT IN THE COLD AIR AND GO WORKOUT. I DEFINATLY WILL BE WAITING UNITL IT WARMS UP A BIT.

I FEEL LIKE I AM LOSING WEIGHT WITHOUT DOING MUCH BECOUSE OF THE CYTO’S. MY PANTS ARE FEELING LOOSE AGAIN. WHOO HOOO!

I WILL POST HOW EVERYTHING GOES AS TIME GOES BY.

KEMPO KARATE

LAST NIGHT I DID A KEMPO KARATE LAST NIGHT AFTER WORK. I GOT A GOOD STRETCH IN BEFORE I DID MY KICKS. MY GLUTES ARE SO SORE!  I DID PRETTY GOOD HOWEVER I THINK I NEED TO WORK ON MY FORM BETTER.

TONIGHT IS A GOOD STRETCH CUZ I AM STILL FEELING TIGHT IN THE BACKSIDE! YOWCH-EE!

MONDAY IS GOOD OLE CHEST AND BACK DAY.

MY EATING HAS BEEN OK SO FAR TODAY. STILL HAVEN’T GOTTEN ALL OF MY FOOD IN. SO FAR IT HAS ONLY BEEN BREAKFAST. THAT WAS AT 12 OCLOCK THIS AFTERNOON. IT IS GOING ON 4 OCLOCK AND I STILL HAVE NOT EATEN MY CHICKEN SALAD YET. I NEED TO EAT EVEN THOUGH I REALLY DON’T FEEL LIKE EATING. THAT IS SOOOOO HARD TO DO WHILE I AM AT WORK. IT IS SO HARD TO GET MY MEALS IN WHILE AT WORK. ESPECIALLY SINCE I HAVE BEEN TAKING THESE CYTOLEAN FAT BURNERS. IT REALLY TAKES THE URGE TO EAT AWAY. I STILL FIGHT THE URGE TO EAT JUNK SOMETIMES. ONE OF MY FAVORITE THINGS TO DO AFTER WORK IS DRINK A GLASS OF WINE. I HAVE SWORN OFF THE WINE FOR AT LEAST A WEEK. WE WILL SEE HOW IT GOES. I HAVE WILL POWER!!!!!

NO WINE!!!!!

 

Leg day

Friday, January 18th, 2008

thursday was leg day. I did a lot of lunges and squats. My hamstrings and quads are on fyia! I am having trouble sitting down and getting back up!!  Tomorrow is a cardio day so I am going to do kempo. That is a kick boxing style workout. That is one of my favorite workouts. I feel so strong doing the kicks and punches. Very liberating and empowering to do.

It has been so cold in Houston. It is finally winter here. So going to the gym is kind of out for a while. I am so glad that I have my videos to refer to when I can’t get out of the house. I am feeling pretty tight in the glutes and hamstrings so tonight may be a stretch or basic yoga night.

BREAKFAST:

BOWL OF OATMEAL

LUNCH:

CHICKEN STIRFRY WITH NO RICE.

DINNER :

CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP.

I FEEL LIKE I HAVENT EATEN ENOUGH FOOD.

MY CYTOLEANS MAKE ME NOT HUNGRY.

 I AM BACKKKKK!!

AND…..

I think I am out of my SLUMP!
Got my workout in yesterday. CHEST and BACK babyyyyy! NEEDLESS to say, I am soooo sore right now. My pecs hurt like crazy right now! It is a good hurt though. I will make it!
Definatly, I have gotten a lot weaker since I have last worked out. I can really tell with my upper body area. Before I stopped DOING my workouts, I was doing at least 20 reps of most of my pushups before I fell to the ground in pain.
I could hardly even do decline pushups at all. I mean only did 1 or 2 reps before I collapsed to the ground in pain. I pushed it threw, and I got through it.
Heavy Pants and lawnmowers I used my 15’s for those workouts. Before I stopped my workouts I had gotten up to my 20’s so I can see a big difference in that.
Started getting that nauseated and dizzy feeling and had to push pause a few times But I got threw it!!!
Tonight I have plyometrics. That may be hard to get in becouse I have a house guest and he is in my living room where I do my workouts so we will see what happens there. I can’t wait to get my living area back. He may not be leaving until the first of next month. URGGGGGG!

HAS ANYONE HEARD OF THE TOSCA RENO CLEAN EATING DIET?? WELL I RECOMEND THAT BOOK AS WELL AS THE COOKBOOK SHE CAME OUT WITH AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR. I MADE A LASAGNA OUT OF THAT BOOK. IT WAS TERRIFIC. IT IS MADE WITH SPINACH AND VEGGIES. I THREW IN SOME GROUND TURKEY TO REALLY SET IT OFF.
THIS MORNING I HAD A "ORANGE JULIUS" SMOOTHIE. I MADE IT WITH SOME ORANGE JUICE AND A SCOOP OF "DESERT" PROTEIN POWDER, BANANA NUT FLAVOR. IT WAS THE BOMB! DESSERT IS MADE BY EAS. I RECOMMEND THAT TOO.
