Killer leg weekend!

Workouts for the weekend went very well. I did no P90X workouts becouse I lent my DVD’s to a co worker for a while. So instead I am doing the slim in six workouts. WOW!! That workout really works the leggies. That was on Friday. Saturday I did a CATHE HIGH STEP WORKOUT!!!
THAT workout worked my legs and glutes. On Saturday I did my arms. I Broke out the weight bench did 12 reps@ 2 sets chest press with a 15lb bar bell. Got my dumbbells and did 12 reps of 2 sets of bicep curls with 15 lb dumbbells.
hammer curls 12 reps 2 sets with the 15 lbs and a drop set with 15 lbs . I didn’t really push myself that hard on Sunday since I was pretty sore from Friday and Saturday. I have a hard time finding the intensity when I am at home. When I am at the gym I am like a little powerhouse. I am trying to work the hamstrings and quads into shape. Naturally, my legs get big quickly but I am trying to add sexy muscle to give more shape.
I got the part time job i was interviewing for, so hopefully I can get back into the gym soon. The extra money will really help right now with the holidays near. The way it is looking, it will be a really bleek christmas.
I really, really miss going to the gym. That is where I really make progress. I mean, I like working out at home too, but there is something about working out at the gym Ya no!!
