TODAY

TODAY I DID A QUICK ABS SESSION BEFORE MY INTERVIEW WITH BATH AND BODY WORKS. IT HAS BEEN SO CRAZY IN MY LIFE RECENTLY AND SO HARD TO GET IT TOGETHER. I AM BEHIND ON MY GYM BILL, BUT I HAVE SO MANY VIDEOS AT HOME THAT THERE SHOULD BE NO PROBLEM DOING SOME KIND OF WORKOUTS AT THE HOUSE. I HAVE DUMBBELLS AND A SET OF WEIGHTS THAT I AM GOING TO DO MY SETS ON, AS WELL AS MY CATHE’  GYMSTYLE VIDEOS.  NOT MUCH TO REPORT THIS WEEK AS I HAVE BEEN AT WORK EVERYDAY DAY THIS WEEK. MONDAY I WORKED MY LEGS JUST DOING THE BASIC LUNGES AND SQUATS WITH NO WEIGHTS. I DIDN’T THINK I WOULD BE TO SORE AFTERWARD BUT SINCE I HAVE NOT BEEN ACTIVE FOR ABOUT A MONTH, I COULD HARDLY WALK UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS! MY LEGS HURT FOR 2 DAYS. I GUESS I REALLY WORKED IT! I WILL REPORT IF I WORKOUR OR NOT THIS WEEKEND.

BACK ON TRACK

DUE TO A MINOR ACCIDENT WITH MY CAR, I HAD TO GET MY PRIORITIES IN ORDER. I WRECKED MY LITTLE TRUSTY CAR AND I WAS DEVISTATED! I REALLY WANTED TO JUST CRAWL IN A HOLE AND DIE. INSTEAD I JUST POURED MYSELF INTO MY JOB AND STARTED WORKING LIKE CRAZY. I WORKED FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS STRAIGHT AND BOUGHT A HOOPTIE!!!  I PLAN ON GETTING MY LITTLE NEON FIXED BUT I AM ON A LIMITED AMOUNT OF FUNDS SO IT IS HARD FOR ME.

ANY HOO………… I THINK I GOT IT BACK UNDER CONTROL! NOW IT IS TIME FOR ME TO GET MY BUTT BACK INTO THE GYM. "IT IS CALLIN ME, IT’S JUST CALLIN ME!!"  I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD MISS THE GYM LIKE THIS, BUT I DO.

I AM A LITTLE BEHIND WITH THE BILL BUT HOPEFULLY I CAN GET IT PAID WITH THE NEXT PAYCHECK!!! (PLEASE GOD!)

UNTIL THEN I HAVE HAD TO BREAK OUT THE VIDEOS AND WORKOUT AT HOME IN THE COMFORT OF MY LIVING ROOM. IT IS NOT SO BAD, I JUST HAVE TO GET MOTIVATED TO GET UP AND GET THE WORKOUT DONE. I HAVE FOUND THAT TO BE THE HARD PART OF WORKING OUT AT HOME. IT IS SO MUCH EASIER TO GO TO THE GYM AND REALLY FOCUS ON YOUR WORKOUT. SOMETHING ABOUT THE SMELL OF IT OR JUST WATCHING OTHERS GO AFTER THE SAME GOAL AS YOU, THAT SOMEHOW MAKES YOU MORE HARDCORE (OR FEEL LIKE YOU ARE).

MY GOALS FOR THIS MONTH IS TO TRY TO SEE HOW WELL I DO IN A MONTHS TIME. I THINK AROUND CHRISTMAS I WILL SEE HOW FAR I HAVE COME. THEN SET ANOTHER GOAL AND SEE IF I CAN ACCOMPLISH IT. SINCE I HAVENT WORKED OUT IN ABOUT 30 DAYS. I KNOW I HAVE GAINED SOME OF THE WEIGHT I LOST BACK.  I WILL WATCH WHAT I AM EATING AGAIN BECOUSE I STARTED COMFORT EATING AFTER MY ACCIDENT. NO TIME FOR BACKSLIDING. WE MUST PRESS FORWARD. WITH THIS THREAD AND WITH THE HELP OF MY BB.COM FRIENDS I WILL ACCOMPLISH ALL THE GOALS I HAVE FOR MYSELF.
