OCTOBER 8TH
Monday, October 8th, 2007I HAVE BEEN NEGLECTING THIS THREAD SO BADLY.
EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NOT BEEN POSTING MY WORKOUTS ON THIS THREAD I HAVE BEEN DOING REALLY GOOD WITH MY WORKOUTS. SINCE I HAVE BEEN A LITTLE PUSHED FOR TIME, MOSTLY I HAVE BEEN DOING MY WORKOUTS AT HOME THESE LAST FEW WEEKS.
THIS IS BASICLY WHAT I DID FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS:
FRIDAY I DID LEGS AND BACK.
SATURDAY I DID A KICK BOXING CARDIO WORKOUT
SUNDAY I STRETCHED THESE TIRED POOR MUSCLES.
MONDAY I DID CHEST AND BACK. TONIGHT I MIGHT WORK THESE ABDOMINAL MUSCLES.
TUESDAY I AM GOING TO DO SHOULDERS AND ARMS.
WEDNESDAY I WILL MAKE IT TO THE GYM TO DO TOTAL BODY WORK.
I FEEL LIKE MY BODY IS EVOLVING INTO SOMETHING ELSE. FOR SOME REASON I AM FEELING SO MUCH STRONGER THAN I HAD BEEN. I WONDER IF IT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE SUPERPUMP 250. I DON’T KNOW BUT I LIKE IT.
