Sunday, September 2nd, 2007It is the first of the month and lets just say….. I brought it in the gym!
I drank a glass of my Super Charge and ate my egg whites and some Ezekiel bread and it was so on and poppin. I was SO on!!
It was "Leg Day" so i went with a game plan ready to execute.
I started with Cardio. Eliptical machine for 30 minutes and 5 minute cool down. started at 1:27 Ended at 2:00
Weight training Started 2:00 ended at 2:50
It Looked a little like this:

Seated leg press
set #1- 175# @ 25 Reps
set #2 -175 # @ 25 reps
set #3- none
- Dead Lifts
set #1- 10 lbs @ 25 reps
set #2- 10 lbs @ 25 reps
Set # 3 none
- Squats
Set # 1 10 lbs ea side @ 25 reps
Set #2 15 lbs ea side @ 25 reps
Set # 3 15 lbs ea side @ 25 reps
- Leg Extension
Set #1- 60 lbs @ 15 reps
Set # 2- 60 lbs @ 15 reps
Set # 3- 60 lbs @ 15 reps
- Leg Curl
Set #1- 50 lbs @ 10 reps
Set # 2- 30 lbs @ 15 reps
Set # 3 -30 lbs @ 15 reps
- Calf Raise
Set #1- 10 lbs each side 10 reps
Set #2- 10 lbs each side 10 reps
Set #3 -10 lbs each side 10 reps
- Butt blaster
Set # 1- 25 lbs @ 15 reps
Set #2- 25 lbs @ 15 reps
Set # 3 - 25 lbs @ 15 reps
That evening, as if I needed more of a whipping to the legs I did my Cathe’ DVD.
Butts and Gutts- Standing toning routine. 30 minutes
Whoo! My A$$ is on fire right now. My legs are crying and I am walking like I have just given birth! It is for a good cause. LOL!! Tonight will be no workout maybe a stretch or Yoga to stretch these hammies and Quads. Monday will be a cardio and ab day.
