Super Charge!!!!!
Monday, August 27th, 2007I went to the vitamin shop to check out some supps that will help me push a little harder in the gym. I went looking for the superpump250, but ended up getting the Super Charge. I really can’t tell what is up with it. I do feel like I kick butt with my workout but is it me or is it the supp??? I have been doing the CLA, protein and the super charge.
On another note I did 195# on the leg press the other day! I think I could have pressed 200# but I have never done that kind of weight so I didn’t want to press my luck. Pretty good for a 5 foot 1 inch woman with no lifting experience
I don’t have my journal with me but I think I did it for 12 reps and then did drop sets for the rest.
Five GLORIOUS days in the gym. Took off for Thursday and Sunday. Hopefully tonight I will get in some cardio. It looks like rain. I just may pop in one of my workout DVD’s and lift to it. P90X is my non gym day work outs.
I love those workouts. They may be DVD but they are TOUGH!
