New to website not new to losing weight and gaining muscle.
I’m happy to have found this website. I tried Sparkpeople awhile ago, it wasn’t for me. I’m not only looking to lose weight, but I also want to become completely solid. I told my sister last that I’m not trying to be thin, I’m trying to become the most fit person I can. I love that this website gives articles and suggestions for real weight lifting. It’s a very empowering feeling to be able to feel the muscles in your legs and back and arms, not just your calves. Anyway I’m glad I found a place for women like me, who aren’t satisfied with just losing weight.
