I have been working hard and lost 11 lbs, considering I also gained muscle all oooova lol, I think I am moving along preetty well. I have worked 2 jobs nights and days, I did take a break due to my coliding work schedules but I still worked out at home even if for 20 min. I hope I have the steam to keep on going. Having friends like you really helps. Stay in touch please. Inspire me

Today I was hit from the side on my way to work and my car was totalled, I am not well physically and ache badly all over, I am so affraid this will set me back, help, can someone tell me what I should do, what can I do while laying down so I don’t loose all my hard work. Not well enough to go to gym. Pls Help.
