					<description>I am not trying to go keto but I am staying under 20 carbs on my low days, under 60 on my mediums and under 100 on my training days. Some people might call my lower days keto, especially if I have a few low days in a row. It depends on your size I guess. 

You'll have that 6 pack soon enough - Keep up the determination!</description>
