ive been making some big changes! decided not to go to new haven to become a police officer and i have changed my job, i now work at another gym. all changes for the best though, i plan on competing for the first time, and am planning on getting certified so i can start personal training!

i hurt my shoulder thursday, i dropped 135lbs because someone in my gym was distracting me. i was doing my calves on the smith machine, and someone was trying to talk to me while i was working out. i ignored them, but then they walked too close to my machine, near the weights. i tried lock my weights back in but i was paying too much attention to the person next to me. the weights didn’t lock and pulled me backwards. i fell and pulled out my whole shoulder, and part of my neck!I almost passed out the pain was soo bad! so im still nursing it and hoping it will get better

passed my last police test today!!!! i had to run do sit ups, sit and reach and bench with a horrible cold and all! i think i have pneumonia now but i made it! now i just have to wait to see if i will get into the academy, it starts april 1rst!!!

meal 1 normally in a day i will start off with oatmeal, (the ones in the box two little packets low fat),
meal 2 then i will eat a shake a couple hours later after my morning workout (35 grams protein),
meal 3 then another couple hours later i will have a chicken breast and veggies,
meal 4 then i will have 4 eggs(three whole eggs one egg white, mine are hardboiled, but you can make your how you like it) or fat free cottage cheese
meal 5 then i will have another chicken breast with veggies
meal 6 my last meal will be some more eggs, or a shake
i try to get at least 150 grams of protein so i can stay lean and still keep and gain mass.

one thing that drives me crazy is people who cut other people down on this site. bodyspace is for encouraging others no matter what fitness level they may be at. leaving nasty comments on people’s sites is for jerks, DON’T BE A JERK!!!!! everytime you leave a nasty messsage for someone else, what does it make people think about you? your just letting your insecurities show through….
