Tip………
I have found that when you don’t use your microwave, you eat less crap, or at least this holds true for me. I could not believe how much crap I ate from a microwave. So next time you go shopping, look at what you are reaching for, is it crap? Do you need to microwave it? Let me know! Maybe it’s just me!
P.S. The two things I have REALLY missed by not having the convenience of a microwave are;
1. Birds eye Steam in the bag brown rice
2. Oatmeal
I realize I can cook these things without a microwave, but it is just SOO much easier!!!!!!!!!!!

Didn’t care to have a microwave until one was literally given to me.
Since, its helped reheat certain foods. Corn, Broccoli, Beans, Rice, leftover meats…
Also to melt cheese quickly over whatever its on, and also to heat up my water for green tea.
So in a way, for me, it actually helped me. But your right, the ‘average’ use of the microwave is to heat up microwavable things. Things that are usually not healthy for people…
