New Gym=New Motivation!
Friday, February 6th, 2009So I finally got over to Gold’s in New Haven, and it is the best hardcore gym I’ve ever been to! It has totally re-motivated rlxmuscle (rudy) and myself. We still have our jobs at the gym we work at, but Golds is amazing! They have every machine we could dream of, and oh yeah, IFBB Pro Evan Centopani works out there too. He is enormous, and a very nice guy, literally HUGE motivation! I can’t wait to go back everyday, it has lit a new fire in me!!!!!!
I have been good with my diet, and my new avi proves that. My abs are really starting to pop again! Look for new pics soon, I have been making many improvements in my physique!
