Hi~Okay, first of all you look GREAT and I am truly inspired by your profile. I am a mother of 2 and been working my a** off for 3 years. I have been fighting my eating habits/disorders as well. I have packed on another ten pounds of muscle and fat, but have got my bench up to 170#, wahoo. I would love to be able to communicate with someone who can help me accomplish my goals this year too. You would think I would have it figured out by now being a nurse practitioner student and having studied weight training for years, but I DON’T adnf am frustrated I NEVER will. Anyway~I just logged back on to this site after a year or so and don’t know much about it so I am going to familiarize myself with it. Keep up the AWESOME work!!
