hurt
i hurt my shoulder thursday, i dropped 135lbs because someone in my gym was distracting me. i was doing my calves on the smith machine, and someone was trying to talk to me while i was working out. i ignored them, but then they walked too close to my machine, near the weights. i tried lock my weights back in but i was paying too much attention to the person next to me. the weights didn’t lock and pulled me backwards. i fell and pulled out my whole shoulder, and part of my neck!I almost passed out the pain was soo bad! so im still nursing it and hoping it will get better

No good. Injuries are always a bummer. Only advice I have is rest the injury and make sure it is healed before using the shoulder. I suffer from chronic shoulder pain secondary to injury that I never let heal properly because I needed to get back to training. You’re young you should heal quickly.
