what i normally eat
Thursday, February 14th, 2008meal 1 normally in a day i will start off with oatmeal, (the ones in the box two little packets low fat),
meal 2 then i will eat a shake a couple hours later after my morning workout (35 grams protein),
meal 3 then another couple hours later i will have a chicken breast and veggies,
meal 4 then i will have 4 eggs(three whole eggs one egg white, mine are hardboiled, but you can make your how you like it) or fat free cottage cheese
meal 5 then i will have another chicken breast with veggies
meal 6 my last meal will be some more eggs, or a shake
i try to get at least 150 grams of protein so i can stay lean and still keep and gain mass.
