does this happen to anyone else?

you feel soo weak and sore after you have worked out that you can’t drive! you can’t steer cause your arms are soo pumped and shaky, your legs feel like they are going to quit and whenever you hit the gas you burn out cause you have no control over them! i am always afraid i am going to get pulled over cause i am driving like a freak cause i am crazy pumped from the gym and crazy shaky from the workout and the redline! im afraid the officer won’t belive me that im only on caffine and adrenaline!!! THAT’S HARDCORE M-F’ER!!!!!!!!!

Tuesday I was working on Biceps, I had done 3 excercises and I was going to try and do some Hammers with 35lb. dumbells, didn’t work. So, I decided to go a little lighter with some 25’s…didnt’t work….tried the 20’s…by then I gave up and decided my arms were dead enough!! So, yes, after a workout you should feel pretty dead from the body part you are working….my moto is, if it does not hurt, you have not done enough!!

That happens to me all the time. Last night I decided instead of working out next to my office I decided to go to the gym next to my house because the fatigue and soreness after working out. I have a nice 35 mile drive home so working out close to home solves this problem. It does feel good though.

LOL I totally understand that one! There have been a couple times when I’ve had to sit in the trainer’s area and BS with them for a few to recover enough to drive home. Leg days are the only time I’m happy for my automatic transmission…My favorite is a couple days later (when DOMS hits for me) I go to turn and find my tris are too tight lol

that is freakin awesome. I had an experience after an awesome lift and wrestling practice. Went home, washed dishes, muscles in my arm seized up and I crushed the glass I was washing with my bare hands.

You inspire the heck outta me! hardcore for life!!
