work out
worked out today!!!! soo happy! first i did back. i tried something new by doing Eva Cowen’s back workout thats in the new oxygen magazine. felt great! my back is sore already. then i ran. tried to do 1.5 miles in under 14 mins, and i did it!!! after 3 times i finally made it under 14 mins. i ran it in 13.2 mins! i have my fitness test for the police on oct.12, so i have plenty of time to make that time better, but its a start! my class starts again tom!!! can’t wait….

Good for you Tabitha! I will have to pick up an Oxygen mag and check out that Eva workout. I need something good for my back too. Also congrats on beating your times on running, i know how that can be! Best of luck to you on your fitness test
