TENDONITIS!!!!!!!!!
its back! felt it today in my left arm, that is a bad sign. everytime it comes back i need at least a week of rest…. i go CRAZY in that week! I NEED TO LIFT HEAVY!!!!!!!!!! but the pain from lifting is soo intense when my tendonitis comes back, it is searing, feels like my bones are going to pop or explode out through my skin, and when i let go of the weight after a set it just gets worse, can’t work through it!

That does suck but being off for months because you didn’t listen to your body sucks even worse!!! So hang in there and rest your arm! U could still do legs maybe. (-:

LEGGGGG day on tues and cardio classes from hell. but 2 weeks to the nationals.

What brings it on? Does it appear only after certain exercises and stuff? I tend to get it in my elbows after consistant heavy skull crushers.

I know that this is an old post, but I am having the same problem. I just recovered from tendonitis maybe two months ago, and now I am starting to have the same sort of pain, on the same arm, but in a different location. First time it really struck on the forearm below the elbow and a little to the right. Now the pain is directly up from that point, above the elbow, and when i flex it feels like it is sort of between the bicep and tricep.
The first time, i had to stop lifting for 3 months, 2.5 of those was spent just resting it. It wasn’t until that point that I bought Universal Animal Flex, and in two weeks I was back in the gym (i had really made no recovery progress in those first 2.5 months). I still have a few packs left and started taking them again today, and I just ordered more from BB.com. If you haven’t tried it, might be time to get some. It really works wonders and I give it full credit for my initial revcovery. I just wish that I had continued taking it on a daily basis, perhaps I wouldn’t have this problem now.
