leg day kicked my ass
started out with extensions warmed up, then did deep walking lunges with ten pound weight bar. took the two ten pound weights for a couple trips up and down the stairs. did light leg press. them did hamstrings by holding a 25 pound weight between my feet lay down on my stomach on a flat bench and curled it for a couple of sets. then did legs curls on the machine. then finished with some hack squats. did calves next. held 25 pounds and did calf raises on the weight rack. now two days later i can barely walk had to have rudy drive me around cause i can’t drive. calves keep cramping up. my hamstrings, quads and calves are shot.

Now that’s a result of a kickass workout! lol
I skipped the other day at the end of my workout and my calves were so sore yesterday. My awesome husband massage them for me though, feeling better today.
