today did back and biceps. had a really good workout, my back was still really sore from the deep tissue massage that i got for my neck and back two weeks ago but i worked through it. i started with pull downs, then rows, then the low pull and finished with dumbell rows. then i started biceps. i started with dumbells and worked my way up and then back down the rack, burning out at each weight. then moved on to cable curls with the e-z curl bar. i did the same thing that i did with the dumbells, up and then back down. then to the preacher bench, again did the same thing. then i moved to the machine preacher curl where i just burned out my biceps completely. then i did my abs that marianav06 told me about. it burnt my abs up, i actually had to check to see if they were bleeding!!! then i did acouple other ab machines and called it a day…. had to go to work! (even though i was already there) im very happy with my body but i do need to really work on my abs, it is really hard to pull them out, especially my lower abs. the first two abs at the top are the only ones that stick out and it kinda makes me look like an alien because they are soo built up!
