work out

worked out today!!!! soo happy! first i did back. i tried something new by doing Eva Cowen’s back workout thats in the new oxygen magazine. felt great! my back is sore already. then i ran. tried to do 1.5 miles in under 14 mins, and i did it!!! after 3 times i finally made it under 14 mins. i ran it in 13.2 mins! i have my fitness test for the police on oct.12, so i have plenty of time to make that time better, but its a start! my class starts again tom!!! can’t wait….

i am soo sore from going to the doc. yesterday! found two lumps in me, and now have to go for an ultrasound! the doc. moved my organs and stuff around so now i’ve got some  abdominal pain, this sucks!!! no working out till i get better, and the worst part is that my doctor said i can’t have any energy drinks anymore. my resting pulse when i was in the doctor’s office was 120! she freaked out… sucks soo bad!

its back! felt it today in my left arm, that is a bad sign. everytime it comes back i need at least a week of rest…. i go CRAZY in that week! I NEED TO LIFT HEAVY!!!!!!!!!! but the pain from lifting is soo intense when my tendonitis comes back, it is searing, feels like my bones are going to pop or explode out through my skin, and when i let go of the weight after a set it just gets worse, can’t work through it! :( this sucks…. 9-25-07

leg day kicked my ass

started out with extensions warmed up, then did deep walking lunges with ten pound weight bar. took the two ten pound weights for a couple trips up and down the stairs. did light leg press. them did hamstrings by holding a 25 pound weight between my feet lay down on my stomach on a flat bench and curled it for a couple of sets. then did legs curls on the machine. then finished with some hack squats. did calves next. held 25 pounds and did calf raises on the weight rack. now two days later i can barely walk had to have rudy drive me around cause i can’t drive. calves keep cramping up. my hamstrings, quads and calves are shot.

today did back and biceps. had a really good workout, my back was still really sore from the deep tissue massage that i got for my neck and back two weeks ago but i worked through it. i started with pull downs, then rows, then the low pull and finished with dumbell rows. then i started biceps. i started with dumbells and worked my way up and then back down the rack, burning out at each weight. then moved on to cable curls with the e-z curl bar. i did the same thing that i did with the dumbells, up and then back down. then to the preacher bench, again did the same thing. then i moved to the machine preacher curl where i just burned out my biceps completely. then i did my abs that marianav06 told me about. it burnt my abs up, i actually had to check to see if they were bleeding!!! then i did acouple other ab machines and called it a day…. had to go to work! (even though i was already there) im very happy with my body but i do need to really work on my abs, it is really hard to pull them out, especially my lower abs. the first two abs at the top are the only ones that stick out and it kinda makes me look like an alien because they are soo built up!
