Last night I won 2nd in my Bikini F class  at the Team U and won my IFBB PRO CARD! I competed against some wonderful and beautiful women. I just want to say congrats to them, everyone did an amazing job! I am soo excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

New leg press 585lbs!!!!!!! Now taking it easy, contest Sept.19th!

On July 2nd I married RLXMUSCLE! I am now MRS. RLXMUSCLE!!!!!! Yay!

So if everything goes well I will be competing in my first contest! Bikini division!!!!!!! Yay! This will be a huge goal of mine completed even if I only step foot on stage. Working extra hard!!!!!!! Ill be posting progress pics!!!!!!!!

I have found that when you don’t use your microwave, you eat less crap, or at least this holds true for me. I could not believe how much crap I ate from a microwave. So next time you go shopping, look at what you are reaching for, is it crap? Do you need to microwave it? Let me know! Maybe it’s just me!
P.S. The two things I have REALLY missed by not having the convenience of a microwave are;
1. Birds eye Steam in the bag brown rice
2. Oatmeal
I realize I can cook these things without a microwave, but it is just SOO much easier!!!!!!!!!!!

On Friday I achieved a dream I had since I was a little girl, I became a model! I just signed a contract with Wilhelmina Fit. This is a Fitness division, they also work with Alicia Marie!!!! Sooo excited! Fingers crossed I get some work, lol! Happy Easter to everyone!

So I finally got over to Gold’s in New Haven, and it is the best hardcore gym I’ve ever been to! It has totally re-motivated rlxmuscle (rudy) and myself. We still have our jobs at the gym we work at, but Golds is amazing! They have every machine we could dream of, and oh yeah, IFBB Pro Evan Centopani works out there too. He is enormous, and a very nice guy, literally HUGE motivation! I can’t wait to go back everyday, it has lit a new fire in me!!!!!!
    I have been good with my diet, and my new avi proves that. My abs are really starting to pop again! Look for new pics soon, I have been making many improvements in my physique!
