I NEED to lose at LEAST 15-20 lbs to be considered for a photo shoot!! I SOOO wanna do it, but want to do it rt, quick and w/ out losing any muscle………. is that possible??? =S
I can gain muscle more easily……….. but for some reason…….. Its so HARD for me to lose the FLAB!!!!!! =(

hey the best way to loose the stubborn fat is to do some extreme cardio immediately after a workout…. this will sure produce results..
