Thank you SO MUCH for  your support!!! It Still just Kills me( newbie here!)  How Little body fat everyone has here! I SO strive to have that!!(except worried about the "boobie part" already short handed there" but any ways…………..where i live ( i KNOW its not excuse) but EVERYONE here has SOME what of insulation here ……i mean it gets 60 below zero…………."at times"……usually just 40 below zero in the winter……..but still…………..so many people dont eat healthy here…………hard to have good friends who eat healthy here…..they all ask you to eat w/them…all bad food……..I NEED help!!!
