I’m getting…………off track/depressed/discouraged………….I don’t know what to do………….  please help. 

 I have NEVER “competed”……the last two years……  I have been wanting too………  I am getting in better “shape” every year so far………………  was “really ” looking forward to this years comp………  but…………I know/don’t think….  I have the “right kind of Knowledge”……yet……….. there is this “training” package………  of nutrition/posing/training at my gym I go to……….  but cost SO MUCH!!!  I don’t have the $$ for it……….  but “hear”……….  many pple can do really badly……..  if they don’t have “proper” techniques taken care of…………I don’t know what to do…………  I really don’t think I have enough “knowledge” to do what it takes…………all by my self………….and where I live…………….  there aren’t “many choices”……………….  what should I do????  Please help!!!

Worked out twice today. Once this morn before work, and then after. Is there a way I can set TWO different times in one day? Or can we only log one work out time a day?

Which are the BEST Appetite Suppressants?

I eat pretty good healthy meals, I eat ever 2-3 hours, some protien w/ each , about 5-6 times a day.

I dont work out "THAT" much or hard, but I am ALWAYS hungry!!  No matter how MUCH, or what I eat.

My fam even thought it was crazy how much I ate! My dad teased me and asked me if I have a tape worm cause I can eat so much!!

Hydroxy cut didnt seem to work much for me, or chromium picolinate(sp?).

Is there ANY thing out there that can help me?

Even my protein shakes dont "satisfy" me very much.

Uhg! The "Holiday Weekends" when family come from out of town, all the food…..   IT Kills me!!!!!  Every time I "think" Im Finally starting to do good on eating, and workig out……..  I get knocked back down again!!!  I try to HARD!!!  But I dont have that much Will power!!!

I tell my self…….  oh , Ive been doing so good……  its not like I eat/drink like this all the time…………  and I just eat and drink almost Everything I usually Dont get that is in sight!!!

Uhg!!!  I think I hurt my tummy eating so much the last few days…………..  and tomorrow is my family’s BIG BBQ day!!! 

Yesterday was my moms Good home cooked hispanic food…….  I just "had to" eat it……..  and LOTS of it!!!  Went back for 3rds!!!!  EKKKK!!!!

We went out w/ the fam that is in town today…….  ate at this great chineese resturant I Hardly EVER go to……..  UHG!!!  Ate too much!  AGAIN……..  BUT, at least I didnt eat as much as I used to eat in the past……  thats good, right?  =S
