Ive been lifting super light weights again since Ive been back from a 5 month hiatus due to shoulder surgery. I lifted legs yesterday in the morning and then went lead climbing for a few hours in the afternoon. My shoulder has been feeling tender but not painful. I thought climbing was goning to hurt but i wasnt that bad. I still pulled off a nice 3ft dyno and climbed a 50ft face. Hope my shoulder holds up for Saturdays 100ft 5.12d. Monday I start lifting for mass again. Negative sets here I come.
