It’s a great feeling when you see the scale move in the direction that you want it to!! I weighed in on Monday, April 27th after two wreckless weeks of eating and the scale read 269 lbs. I started eating right again and began hitting the weights seriously on Monday, May 4th. When I stepped on the scale on May 11th it read 261 lbs. That’s a 2-week weight loss of 8 pounds. If that’s not motivation to keep going I don’t know what is. I would like to get down to 250 by my birthday in a few weeks. I know it’s abitious, but I’m going to try it anyhow.
