A Monday….chest and back…
Monday, June 4th, 2007It’s a chest and back day…..no I don’t want to do it. I’m feeling lazy today but I’m taking my supplements and pushing through. Seeing my progress picture helped. I’m so glad there is a sight like bodybuilding.com. So It’s another monday….let’s go…let’s get it together. Keep pushing everyone.
