My friend S. Lee who is also the head of personal training at Gold’s Gym told me about Recreate. He isn’t a fan of any weight loss products. He almost never sees any benefits from most of them. However, he has seen a great decrease of body fat with recreate. It attacks only the body fat which is my goal. To decrease body fat while maintaining my muscle. I don’t usually like fat loss products because I gittery. However, recreate has been very stable with me and doesn’t require a high dosage of pills to take. This is day three I will continue to inform all of my progress with the supplement.

Hello out there in Bodybuilding land…..I’ve been incorporating some dog crap and widowmakers once a week in for each body part and I’m seeing some quick results. I know this comes mainly from shocking my muscles so I’m trying to keep it as a rare thing. My biceps especially are reacting well to the workouts. I hope everyone is staying on track and pushing hard to accomplish their goals.

FURIOUS!!!!!

I’m sooooooooooooooooo upset. I ****ed up my back. Tweeked it….did something strange and now I can barely move. This is going to eat up a week of working out and I already had two cheat days of eating before I headed back to the gym and got this injury. I feel horrible. I’m popping motrin like it’s vitamin c. Have mercy….

A Monday….chest and back…

It’s a chest and back day…..no I don’t want to do it. I’m feeling lazy today but I’m taking my supplements and pushing through. Seeing my progress picture helped. I’m so glad there is a sight like bodybuilding.com. So It’s another monday….let’s go…let’s get it together. Keep pushing everyone.
