OK, all rested up after a week of hard training. Can finally walk up steps (lol). Ready to do it again this week. To the gym - Chest, Bis, Delts and Cardio!

I am seeing gains in the gym since changing my diet (upping the protein percentage). Broke several personal records this week and have more energy at the end of the day.
My weight stayed the same, but I am seeing and feeling changes my arms, shoulders and legs. And I have one hole left to go in my belt that I just bought a few weeks ago!

Bigpops told me about FitDay.com - Thanks Armbassador!
Keyed my daily intake into it and man, was I suprised how low my protein intake is. I could be making much better gains if I feed the muscle better. Calorie level was good, 1000 cal under useage - but my macronutrient mix is off. That changes today!

Having severe leg cramps while sleeping lately. Didn’t let it stop me today, but I did tone down the leg work. Hope I did the right thing. We’ll see. (I have a clotting problem and have lost the femoral vein in my right leg. So the blood rushes in but has difficulty getting back out.)
