Bodybuilding life…

I’m a degree student in university Kuala Lumpur (UniKL)…i got loan for my studies from malaysian goverment, and my allowance is RM 390 a month,around 98 USdollars a month…

the only bodybuilding food i can afford is whey and also canned tuna’s, food’s like chicken breast and steaks kinda expensive here…

GNC 100% whey’s cost me RM348 per tub of 6lb that’s around 87 us dollars per tub, the reason a lil bit expensive because the malaysian goverment tax etc. Usually 1 tub would be finished in 1 month

canned tuna’s cost me RM2.40 per can of 6oz, 60cents in US currency…usually I ate 3 cans or tuna everyday nearly 100cans of tuna for 1 month in average.

I’m still having my meals with my family dinner,lunch etc. but i would choose the best for my bodybuilding effort. I would have 2 to 3 shakes a day depending whether i’m workout on that day or not. I ate tuna in water, i just drain the water and eat without bread…

So that would complete my 5 to 6 meals a day of bodybuliding life…

being a GNC member i can get 20% discount for my whey, that would be RM 279 (70 US)per tub for a month supply…100cans of tuna per month cost me RM240 (60 US)…

a month of bodybuilding food and supplements for me:-

RM 279 + RM240 = RM519 per month

70 US + 60 US = 130 US per month

I am so lucky to have my girlfriend supporting half of my expenses…makes me appreciates her support and love her so much…overall wanna have a great physique for her :)

Have you guys ever thoght how much have been spent for our lifestyle? Do some calculations…I’m sure you guys gonna be more determined than ever…

 I really need to have a part time job to continue my bodybuilding life while i’m studying…

MY progress…

i started my training early august, I have trouble on managing my meals and training, mostly everything…

My progress as follows

August

weight 170lb

body fat 20.8%

i managed to gain weight but also fat, damn a little bit frustrated with my progress…

September

weight 183lb

body fat 22.1%

I don’t know whether to feel frustrated or happy because after certain calculations i made, i can see that…

I’ve increase 5lb of fat and also 8lb of lean body mass…

What do guys think?

by the way my overall objective is to 180lb-200lb with 10% body fat
