It has been awhile since I written on BodyBlogs but first i would like to say Thank you to the people who commented on my last Blog. To update you my little girl is doing better now. she does eat a little more but not much. My wife and I are just letting her eat what she wants. As long as it is healthy for her. She enjoys salads mostly which is fine with me.
You know if you do something long enough it starts to wear off on other people. What I mean is since I started workout. I am proud to says that my wife has started to workout and lose weight. she goes at her own pace and that is fine with me. her eating habits have changed and we our slow changing the eating habits of our other children. which i am so happy about. one day at time is the best way to go.
I am also happy to say that I reached one of my goals. That is I want to get to a point where my wife was proud of me and would say that my man. Well she does she says that she find my body very sex and hads a hard time keeping her hand off me. Lets just say everything has gotten spicy in the bedroom. I still have more goals to reach and my wife says if I get the body that I real want I will never get to work. So I will just keep going and work at my body.

My wife and I are trying to figure out how to get my little girl to eat more. It all started when she was at school some kid came up to her and told her that she was fat. She is 6yrs old stand 43 inches and weight is 41 lbs and is very active. She dances (ballet and jazz) and love to dance. I just can not believe that someone would tell she fat. she will not eat meat but does eat a little chicken but i has to be from KFC there chicken fries. When she is at school she only eats the bread from her sandwich. she will eat salads and vegetables. once in awhile she get on my stationary bike and rides it and is saying while riding it. "I have to lose weight because I am fat" I have tried talking to her and explained to her that she is not and that she has to gain some weight to be fit. If there is anyone who can give me any suggestions or advice on what to do. I would be thankful. If you want to see a picture of her she is in my photos with my wife. Also we have been to our family doctor and he tried talking to her as well. but no luck.

I just got my eyes opened. I thought I was doing good with my workout and the drive for my goal, but ended up overtraining. I now know what overtraining is about. It was not what I thought it was. The symptoms are not nice with chronic fatigue, sore joints and muscles, loss of strength, moody, Depression and then I got sick with a cold. That is how I found out what I did. I searched in the articles for working out vs sickness and it came out with overtraining. So I started reading the information and learned the symptoms. I feel stupid. So I am taking a break and rethinking my diet, workouts just everything. So I am going read some more articles on the site here I learn to train smart so I can reach my goals. If anyone has any advise or comments feel free to make them. Any advise I can get from people is good.
