Time to grow a little!!!
Now it is offseason so to speak cause I plan in staying within 20 to 25 lbs of my contest wt so it is not as hard to pull the weight off this next show season. I started taking creatine again, its been 5-6 yrs since Ive taken any and I believe this stuff is really working. I feel bigger and better than I have in a long time. Of course, you lose some definition putting on a little wt but I can still see my top four abs which is awesome and my arms are getting freaky in my opinion. Everybody tells my I look better now than i did at showdate. I think I lost too much muscle!! Till next time, everybody and anybody that needs help or any tips feel free to hit me up. i just started adding carbs back into my diet. i have neve had to eat to gain and just putting a little cerbs in my diet i have gone from 202lbs to 220 lbs. i realy need to figure this out because i don’t want to have to lose alot for my next show. good luck to you with your offseason.
