Now it is offseason so to speak cause I plan in staying within 20 to 25 lbs of my contest wt so it is not as hard to pull the weight off this next show season. I started taking creatine again, its been 5-6 yrs since Ive taken any and I believe this stuff is really working. I feel bigger and better than I have in a long time. Of course, you lose some definition putting on a little wt but I can still see my top four abs which is awesome and my arms are getting freaky in my opinion. Everybody tells my I look better now than i did at showdate. I think I lost too much muscle!! Till next time, everybody and anybody that needs help or any tips feel free to hit me up. I did it and I know everybody else can too. Train Hard. BC aka swollmedic.

Hey everybody, just updating here. I recently competed at the NPC Steel World Classic in Mobile, AL on May 31. I ended up getting 4th in Novice heavy. First show and it was a great experience. I have another show this Saturday in Jackson, TN and believe I am a TON better than I was in Mobile… I have dropped total of 80lbs so far!!!!
I recently got my Certified Personal Trainer license and also my sports nutritionist license!! So anyone interesed in online consultation or diets give me a shout on here or my link on my bodyspace. I look forward to helping people bust their goals as I have. I never thought I would compete but I did it and I can help you if you dedicate yourself to it.
It is a different light when people actually acknowledge you and are like oh my gosh look at you:) I am actually not ashamed to walk the beach shirtless for first time in my LIFE.
Till next time, Train hard and give me a shout if you need help. BC aka Swollmedic.

Last night, I was sitting in a local gym here at Midnight, Bustin legs, cardio, and then tanning. To realize how in depth you get to get to the point that you are in a gym at midnight busting your ass training legs and doing cardio shows how dedicated you have to be to this sport to succeed. I have made such gains from where I came from that I even amaze myself at times. No matter how many times somebody tells you look good, you still think you could be better, I still think I can do better. My show is fastly approaching and I hope I have put in enuff time and effort. We will find out soon enuff I guess. Till next time, for those who dare know what I mean in being dedicated!!! Train Hard till then……………………….BC

In about 3 weeks I will be doing something I always wanted to do, a Bodybuilding SHOW!! I never thought I would be one of the lucky ones who stuck it out, the months of torture to get where you want to go. It is almost showtime, I cannot wait!!
I’ve lost at present 62 lbs since Christmas!! Probably gonna get under 200lbs for the first time in FOREVER!!! Having abs is a new concept for me, its pretty cool. I couldn’t have done it without the help of my friends and family. The diet is not the easiest thing in the world but it has not been that bad b/c I know it is a means to an end.
I will post again very soon with more updates if anybody cares to read them. My first show is gonna be in Mobile, AL. The 2008 Steel World Classic. Its gonna be interesting, nerve racking, and gratifying!!!!!!! See ya’ll real soon, come out and support me cause Lord knows I’ll need the help!!! TIll later, Train Hard. BC aka Swollmedic…….

Whats goin on anybody that reads my blogs. Still dieting hard now. Lovin it, seriously!! Get a little hungry at nite but deal with it. My weight is still coming down but actually went up a few pounds but I actually believe its good weight b/c I am more vascular and can see changes every few days. I am keeping my strength up which is a good sign I am not losing any muscle at this point, don’t plan on it at any point. This Saturday will be 14 weeks out from the 2008 SteelWorld Classic in Mobile, AL. I am extremely excited to be finally serious about this sport I love. My family, especially my wife is supportive. That makes a big difference and a huge help. I have great friends, aka "trainer, nutritionist, workout partner at work", that are pushing me very hard. I am excited to get there. Its gonna get ugly is a phrase I used the other day and those of you serious should know what I mean, freaky to the common people who go about their day not caring about their Health much less the way they look. I am a Paramedic and believe me I see the best and worst in Life. Anyway, I will post some more pics soon. Thanks to all who are behind me and feel free to comment or give me a shout!! Train Hard. BC

Well, I started dieting 8 days ago now which is 18 wks out from the 2008 Steel World Championships in Mobile, AL.. I’ve always wanted to compete but this time its different. I made my mind up to just shut and do the darn thing. I have been lifting for a long time and made great gains but never trimmed it all up to see the hard work pay off!! The show is run by 2 friends of mine who are top level competitors and they are very supportive in talking with them.
The diet thing is not as difficult as I thought it would be, you just have to be dedicated and disciplined. I love the hardcore training aspect of all the new regimins that must be maintained in order to get where I want to go. I hope to make everyone proud and maybe even win this thing, you can always pray and hope you can:) More to come in a few days. Feel free to comment, later. Train Hard..
