Wow…well, I’m done with my cutting phase and my photoshoot went really well. I forgot to update ya’ll on that. It went well though and can’t wait to get the pics back. They should be in soon I’ll post some I’m sure
Now it’s time to come up with my new set of specific goals and action plan…I enjoy this part!

I haven’t written on here in awhile. Actually it’s been almost a month. I haven’t written because some of my friends have found me on here, which is fine, but I hate that they can read this and read my struggles because well, they aren’t the greatest supporters. If they were, i’d talk to them about it. Anyway, that’s why I haven’t written. I’ve been going hard though…still just keepin up with my cardio in the a.m and weights in the evening. Just thought I’d update ya’ll. I actually dont know who i’m updating, but that’s okay
My motivation has been slacked slightly because of slight burnout from going so hard for so long. I get a break soon tho!! i cant wait!

I’m seeing progress that I’ve never seen. I had such a rough day with eating today(by rough I mean I was starving) that it was nice to workout and see the difference and why I am doing it. I really need to post some pics, but I just keep forgetting. I will for sure this weekend. I took the 4 days off and just did cardio which was very difficult but got back to lifting yesterday and today. I’m into an endurance phase that I haven’t been in for a LONG time and as much as I hate not lifting heavy weight, it’s nice because I’m not eating enough to sustain that.
Anyway, just thought I’d let everyone know where I’m at. Diet is a struggle everyday, but…about 5 weeks left and I can have a cheat!! I seriously can’t wait. It’s ALL planned out and waiting for me at the end of this. I’m sure a lot of you have been there. Keep on keepin on…

Day 3 of rest (cardio, no weights) and the goal is 4 days which is hard for me. I made it 50 minutes of cardio today and ab work. I have one more day of rest/recovery, and can’t wait to hit the weights again. I’m hoping to hit em’ on Thursday and get back into the swing of things. My goal is to stay under my allotted carbs for the rest of the week…it’s hard, but I can do it!

So I’m taking 4 days off of lifting. I’m on day 2. day 1 was easy because I always take days off here and there, but two in a row…my mind hates it. I’ll be doing cardio everyday. Yesterday was HIIT today just long/slow..can you say boring. My body needs it though. I’ve been doing high intensity for almost 10 weeks straight now and need to rest. I’ll be pumped to get back to it on Thursday!
It’ll be hard staying away from the weights, but that’s my goal…4 days

It’s been awhile since I’ve been on here, but I’m still goin strong. It’s hard to be home and stick with everything. I’m on spring break and just at home in the freezing cold…yuck..I miss Texas. Workouts are good though. My cardio’s been pretty high intensity so my legs are hating me but still trying to chug through it. I can really notice a difference between taking my supplements and when I don’t. I wasn’t coming home for long enough to bring ALL of the pills that I take so I took the essentials and preworkout/xtend but my body knows it’s missing others. Weird, but a good reassurance in what I spend money on. Progress is still slowly coming but just like everyone, wish it’d come a little faster. It’d just help my sanity I guess, but stayin the course and keepin my eyes on the prize and of course on that splurge at the end of this diet
I’m changin up to slightly more endurance workouts which is a huge shocker for my body as I’ve been lifting so heavy lately. It’s so much more fun to lift heavy, but periodizing is the name of the game so I guess I’ll switch it up. The diet’s touch here at my brothers because he has food here that I just don’t buy so don’t have to deal with saying no to. I’ll make it…gotta go get workout #1 in lata

I had a great HIIT this morning. I mean don’t get me wrong it made me exhausted for the rest of the day and eveing, but it felt good when I was done. I got in about 4 miles in the 32 minutes so lotsa work for me. I had a decent day even though I really did a lot of studying which made me feel pretty accomplished by the end of the day. The diet is goin well, but I can definitely tell that my body is on a schedule. The minute I don’t refeed, I’m like a baby and get crabby, it’s like it goes into immediate conservation mode…if I was a narcolept, I’d fall asleep immediately Good thing huh? Tonight I just had an auxillary day which felt nice as I’m transitioning into an endurance phase which I’m not looking forward to, but I think mentally my brain is looking forward to. That’ll start next week. It’s Spring break and no I’m not doing anything very exciting, but I actually love that! So…I haven’t even looked at tomorrow because all I know is that I get to sleep in!!
Oh I took my free sample of animal pak tonight..it wasn’t that bad

So I had a great run this morning. Got in a good 4 miles or so and tonight had a long workout of Legs and tri’s. I did hang cleans tonight that I haven’t done in a long time..like in a good year. I think the last time I did cleans was at my USAW certification almost a year ago. So we’ll see how that feels tomorrow huh? Other than that nothin new…there’s the update I’m boring

Wow, it’s been awhile since I’ve blogged. I had a crazy busy weekend of which I stayed clean, but took a lil break from workouts for 2 days. It was nice, but hard. I took Saturday off because I went to Dallas and sat in Mike Madono’s box for the stars game) and Tuesday off because my alternator blew on my car. Oh well, I knew I shoulda gotten up and done my intervals, but I could sleep in and just wanted to. So..made it up today with HIIT 35 minutes, 4.5 miles or so and decided to try out the 8×8 system that people keep talking about on my shoulders/back today. It was alright. I’m going to finish the week out with it and see if I really like it, but I won’t be sticking with it either way.
Well, I spent most of the day getting my car fixed and hated my day because of it. So…I’m gonna just end the day and go to bed.
