So I fell into the trap of letting go for the holidays, the only problem is that I never got back on the horse and started my healthy lifestyle again. So now I have put on four of the pounds that I worked so hard to get off. So no more excuses for me, I need to lose this weight and now I have even more motivation ahead of me. My ten year reuion is this summer and I want to look good. So I need to get into the lifestyle I was living and get into the mind frame that I am worthy of being beautiful and that I deserve to be healthy and fit no matter how hard or invconvenient it is. I work full time and have a family and I need a little help trying to squeeze in workouts but many other people have done it and are still doing it so I will pull it off somehow. I want to do this, and I want to show my kids that they have a healthy happy mom under all this flab. I CAN DO THIS!

I am very confused right now, would I get a better weight loss result by joining an aerobic class or should I just stick with my gym workouts with the machines I use there? If anyone has any information or knows a lot about this topic please respond, I could use the advice.. Thank You

I got off track the last couple of weeks, so I am going to get going again and train even harder. I need to stop letting little things get in the way of my goals. I just sometimes wish there were more hours in the day to get things done. I am kind of mad at myself becuase I was doing awesome and then I just let one thing pile up on top of another to where I can’t find time to exercise. Now I have platued at 12 pounds when i should have been down about 15-20 by now.
