In my studies and even articles I've read, they say to raise your fat intake (unsaturated) because the body will use it more efficiently.

Energy comes from both carbs and fat. Eliminate, or reduce one, you need to bring up the other one.

Good luck to ya

You need to quit cycling. Your body needs more than you are giving it. 1250 calories is not enough even for someone as petite as you. I'm just learning this after the fact. Your body will go into starvation mode and you won't see any weight loss.

If you want to continue cycling, raise you fat and calorie intake on low/medium days, but reduce fat on high carb days. That will give your body more fuel. And definitely watch out for dizziness and increasing fatique.
