					<description>I would suggest making sure you allow yoursefl to cheat every now and then. Like you said you feel more ready to get after it. Being a personal trainer I tell my clients that they need to stay focused and keep on the diet plan but one meal a week they are allowed to cheat. I think it gives them something to look for and helps keep them rolling. Stay strong and dont be affraid to mix up the workout</description>
