breaking point…

You know when your at the point where your frustrated because your results appear slow and you just want to give up? its been 3 months and you havent accomplished the "perfect" body yet when it seems everyone else you see got ripped in that amount of time? you try  your hardest and then finally you reach your breaking point? well yeah it happened..after 3 months of perfect dieting and routines i was down almost 20 pds…but didnt see too many visual differences from before….and 20 pds should be gone in 2 months right!? NOT! well i cheated big time last week..emotional obviously. but a weird thing happened…….i got past it and now am more motivated to keep pushing…i will accomplish my goal wether it take 6 months or a year! i am NOT giving up even if that means only losing 1 pd a month…who cares right? what matters is that you get to your goal and not how long it takes to get there! So to anyone who is having a rough time…keep your head up!

If your baby at lets say 1 year old wasnt walking yet while you see everyone elses kids walking like maddogs……what are you going to do? GIVE UP? just so ohh screw it..they are never going to walk! well NOPE YOUR NOT…your going to keep pushing until they walk!!!!!!

SOOO WALK THE WALK DAMNIT!!! TRAIN HARD!

It’s a journey; not a destination. Just keep that in mind, and you’ll do fine.

I would suggest making sure you allow yoursefl to cheat every now and then. Like you said you feel more ready to get after it. Being a personal trainer I tell my clients that they need to stay focused and keep on the diet plan but one meal a week they are allowed to cheat. I think it gives them something to look for and helps keep them rolling. Stay strong and dont be affraid to mix up the workout
