WOW today was rough…..
my trainer is making me do cardio 30 in the am BEFORE I eat……..I did it this am and thought I was gonna die! Not only did I wake up STARVING…….my head hurt (i call them hunger headaches) and to NOT eat and do cardio was complete torture. I was obsessing the whole time about getting home and eating my egg whites and oatmeal……after I ate……my hunger headaches did not subside…..grrrrrrr…I probably wont be half normal until I eat my half normal meal at lunch time…until then…im hungry, angry, hurting, tired, and pissed (i get bitchy when im hungry LOL) grrrrrrrrrrrr K done with rant.
As of this week I am down 2 pds lost 1 inch in my thigh and 1/2 inch in my hips. YAY……..maybe I should quietly not do cardio on an empty stomach because I am getting results without doing it……but SHHHHH!!! dont tell my trainer…..

I do fasted cardio too, you get used to it after awhile. You actually burn more fat when you do that, just try to stick with it and it will get easier. Good luck

so do we. you’ll definitely burn more fat that way. We’re both on a treadmill by 0500 every morning prior to eating anything although we’re doing a protein shake prior to the cardio but shouldn’t hurt due to the lack of carbs in the shake itself. hang in there - it does get easier like hdsegal says!
