started with a trainer
and my biggest dread came true!! cardio 2 x a day…i knew it was coming…i was hoping magic would happen and it wouldnt be…but it is =-( ohhh well. Today was exhausting….worked out 1 hr weights 30 min cardio…..jetted to school…took a break to eat lunch at home..drove back to school…at school til 5 pm picked up son back to gym for 30 more min cardio…home to eat……..now sitting here hoping all this work pays off and stressing if the scale doesnt reflect on saturday all this damn hard work…..grrrrrrrrr
